We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT is already included in the price you see, so we don’t add it at checkout. We also collect import duty at checkout, so there’s nothing to pay when your order arrives: 13% on carts over €150, and a flat €5 on carts under €150. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we’ll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

The 2009-10 campaign delivered a shocking and disastrous relegation for Hertha Berlin, as Die Alte Dame spectacularly crashed to an 18th-place finish in the Bundesliga, plummeting to the second tier just one season after securing a 4th-place spot. The year was defined by early turbulence, including the mid-season sacking of manager Lucien Favre following a run of six straight league defeats. Leading the charge amidst the chaos was the newly-signed Colombian forward Adrián Ramos, whose 10 crucial Bundesliga goals were the only consistent bright spot in a campaign of deep frustration. Despite reaching the Round of 32 in the Europa League, the season remains an unforgettable and painful chapter, marking the club's sensational fall from the European places straight to relegation.
