No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2009-10 campaign delivered a heartbreaking return to the fourth tier for Gillingham, as The Gills ultimately finished a crushing 21st in League One, resulting in relegation after just one season in the division. The season, however, began with a flourish of false hope, a spectacular 5-0 opening day victory over Swindon Town that included a stunning hat-trick from their talismanic forward, Simeon Jackson, whose 14 league goals anchored the attack all year. Despite their passionate home form, the season became a turbulent, rollercoaster ride marked by a dreadful away record and inconsistency that led to the post-season departure of manager Mark Stimson, cementing this chapter as a painful but memorable fight to avoid the drop.
