No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2009-10 campaign saw Die Geißböcke stabilize their position in the Bundesliga under the guidance of new manager Zvonimir Soldo, ultimately securing a safe 13th-place finish in a year of consolidation. The season was defined by the emotional return of club hero Lukas Podolski and a decent run to the DFB-Pokal quarter-finals. Spearheading the attack was the powerful Slovenian striker Milivoje Novaković, whose 6 goals helped anchor the offense in a transitional year for the Billy Goats. Despite Novaković being stripped of the captaincy mid-season due to a dispute with Soldo, the club achieved its primary objective of top-flight survival, setting the stage for future growth.
