Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Zelinski in the 2008 season. Zelinski returned to Estonia in 2005 after four years plying his trade in Denmark and Sweden. It was a shock that the striker signed for Levadia though rather than former club and rivals Flora. Zelinski spent the rest of his playing days with the club though before retiring in 2010. The side dominated the Meistriliiga in this time winning four consecutive titles between 2006-09. In the season this shirt was worn Zelinski scored 15 goals in 33 games with Levadia clinching the title by just two points from Flora. During his career the striker set the record for most goals for Estonia with 27 and picked up 103 caps. Levadia were founded in 1998 but wore 1999 on their crest in this season which was the first year that they played in the top flight
