Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Donk during the 2008-09 season. The Dutch born defender joined the Baggies this season on loan from Eredivisie outfit AZ Alkmaar. He made 19 appearances in all competitions as West Brom suffered relegation to the Championship after a 20th placed Premier League finish. He joined Belgian outfit Club Brugge at the end of the campaign and later had spells in Turkey with Kasımpaşa and Galatasaray.
