Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Riise in a friendly match against Finland, played at Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo on 1st of April 2009. A thrilling game saw the visitors take the lead just after half an hour through Hibernian striker Jonatan Johansson. Norway levelled the scores shortly after the break with Riise himself firing home from a tough angle. Jon Inge Hoiland looked to have won it for the hosts thanks to a scrappy goal in the 90th minute but the Finns simply wouldn't lie down and amazingly equalised in stoppage time through Alexei Eremenko. There would be one last twist though, moments after Finland's equaliser the Løvene marched up the field and lofted ball fell to Blackburn Rovers legend Morten Gamst Pedersen who chested it down and rifled a thunderbolt  over the Finnish keeper to win the match in sensational style and send the Oslo crowd into ecstasy. Riise played the full minutes of the grudge match between these two Northern neighbours, the Liverpool legend earned 110 caps for his country between 2000-13 scoring 16 goals.
