We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT is already included in the price you see, so we don’t add it at checkout. We also collect import duty at checkout, so there’s nothing to pay when your order arrives: 13% on carts over €150, and a flat €5 on carts under €150. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we’ll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

Home shirt as worn by the Fleet when they were competing in the Conference National League under Liam Daish. The design features a Eurostar sponsor to the front as Ebbsfleet is one of the stops on the Eurostar train, and a FIFA 09 sponsor to the upper reverse - absolute football heritage. However, at the time, 75% of the club was owned by IPS (Industrial and Provident Society) 'MyFootballClub', which allowed paid members to control the club through an online democratic voting process and have a minority share in the club. Becoming the first side to be run in this way, members voted on transfers, player selection, and even the type of food to be sold on match days. Member numbers started to decline due to financial losses, and fewer decisions were given to them, causing a drop of 23,000 after just over a year, following a peak of 32,000.
