Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Kromkamp between 2007-09. Kromkamp had returned to Holland with PSV in August '06 after just over a year away with Villarreal and Liverpool where he won the FA Cup. The defender slotted straight into the team and was a regular in his first two seasons picking up the Eredivisie title in both. Kromkamp struggled with injuries after 2008 though and was restricted to only 18 appearances in all competitions in 08-09. The full back eventually left the Philips Stadion in '11 to wind down his career at Go Ahead Eagles
