No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2007-08 campaign was a season of profound disappointment and dramatic instability for AZ Alkmaar, with the Cheeseheads slumping to an underwhelming 11th-place finish in the Eredivisie. Coming off a heartbreaking final-day title collapse the previous year, the team struggled for consistency, with their season defined by early elimination from the KNVB Cup and a poor run in the UEFA Cup group stage, which included the end of their iconic 32-match European home unbeaten run against Everton. Leading the line was the Brazilian striker Ari, whose 9 league goals provided a rare spark. The year was characterized by such turmoil that manager Louis van Gaal briefly tendered his resignation in March before being persuaded to stay by the players and directors, a pivotal decision that unexpectedly laid the groundwork for their historic Eredivisie title win the following season.
