Features
Notes - Ultra-rare Umbro X-Boot II boots issued to Portsmouth and England goalkeeper David James during 2006/07. The veteran shot-stopper arrived at Fratton Park prior to the campaign, joining the club on an initial two-year deal for around £1.2m from Manchester City. James would become an instant mainstay in Harry Redknapp's side, playing all 38 Premier League games and keeping 12 clean sheets as Pompey narrowly missed out on European qualification with a 9th placed finish. On April 22 2007, James would keep a landmark 142nd Premier League clean sheet that would break the 141 record held by Arsenal legend David Seaman before ending his season named Portsmouth player of the year
