Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Perkins during the 2006 MLS season. The goalie made 34 appearances this campaign as Piotr Nowak's men topped the Eastern Conference before losing out to New England in the Conference Finals. Perkins enjoyed a four-year spell with DC and won the MLS Cup in his debut season.
