Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Yezerskiy for the 2006 World Cup qualifying UEFA Group 2 match against Denmark, played at Olimpiyskyi Kyiv in Kiev on 30th March 2005. The two group heavyweights were battling it out for top spot alongside challengers Greece and Turkey in a immensely close pool. They had played out a 1-1 draw in Copenhagen the previous year and Жовто-Сині were unbeaten so far in qualifying. A close game ended 1-0 with Bayer Leverkusen striker Andrej Voronin bagging the only goal of the match midway through the second half. Yezerskiy played the full 90 minutes, he featured in 9 of the country's 12 qualifiers as Ukraine finished top of the Group and qualified for their first ever World Cup as an independent nation. Andriy Shevchenko was the side's talisman firing home 6 goals in the group in a superb couple of years for the national side. Yezerskiy himself earned 39 caps in total for his country between 1998-2008 notching up two international goals along the way.
