Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Pelizzoli during a Coppa Italia match during the 2005-06 season. Walter Mazzarri's men reached the Second Round before suffering a 1-0 defeat to Napoli in Naples. Pelizzoli enjoyed a two-year spell at Reggina before moving to Lokomotiv Moscow in 2007.
