Rare away shirt as worn when the side finished 9th in Serie A with Tevez scoring nine goals in 17 games. The former Boca Juniors man had signed for the club in January 2005 and he led them to Série A title in 2005 scoring a superb 20 goals in 29 in the league. This season he and fellow Argentine Jabvier Mascherano attracted interest from Premier League side West Ham United and joined the London club in August 2006 where they would go on to famously and controversially break Sheffield United hearts and keep the Hammers in the English top flight.
