No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2004-05 campaign for Hellas Verona was a thrilling season of renewed ambition that saw the Gialloblu battle fiercely for a Serie A return, ultimately finishing a competitive 6th in Serie B and agonisingly missing the promotion play-off spot by just one point. Leading the charge was the prolific Albanian centre-forward Erjon Bogdani, whose impressive 17 goals anchored the attack and made him the team's top scorer and fourth overall in the league. Despite a strong start that saw them hold a top-three position until mid-season, the team fought right up to the final day to keep their Serie A dream alive, making it a memorable near-miss in the club's history.
