No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT is already included in the price you see, so we don’t add it at checkout. We also collect import duty at checkout, so there’s nothing to pay when your order arrives: 13% on carts over €150, and a flat €5 on carts under €150. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we’ll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2004-05 campaign delivered a season of heartbreaking drama for Crystal Palace as The Eagles battled but ultimately succumbed to a crushing 18th-place finish and relegation from the Premier League. Leading the charge was the sensational striker Andrew Johnson, whose 21 league goals, making him the highest-scoring Englishman in the division, proved a heroic yet insufficient effort. Despite manager Iain Dowie's passionate efforts and a dramatic final-day draw against rivals Charlton Athletic, the club fell short, resulting in a devastating return to the Championship and marking a painful but defining chapter in their history. The season also saw young winger Wayne Routledge impress with 10 assists before his immediate departure.
