Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Curtis during the 2003 MLS season. The forward was entering his second season with the side and made 17 appearances as DC reached the Conference Semifinals. He scored once in a 2-1 loss to San Jose Earthquakes in July. Curtis would join Dallas Burn the following year before hanging up his boots.
