Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Vryzas for the Friendly match against Sweden, played at Kaftanzoglio Stadium in Thessaloniki on 13th February 2002. This was the first meeting between the sides since a 2-2 draw in Athens back in 1991. The scoreline finished the same here with the Greeks coming from behind twice to earn a share of the spoils thanks to goals from Takis Fyssas and Giorgos Karagounis. Vryzas started on the bench and came on for Demis Nikolaidis on 70 minutes as both sides made mass changes throughout the game. The former PAOK man had earned his first cap back in 1994 and would continue to be a key player as Greece went on to shock the world by winning Euro 2004. The striker won an impressive 68 caps in total for hsi country the last of which came in 2006.
