Notes - Home shirt as worn when the side were pipped to the title by PSV in '02-'03 and when the side made amends in '03-'04 by beating PSV to the title by 6 points. Ajax were the entertainers in the 2002-03 season, finishing as the top scoring side thanks to 18 goals from Rafael van der Vaart. PSV took their place as top scorers in 2003-04 with Mateja Ke
