Notes - Rare away shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Proudlock during the 2003-03 season when the Owls were relegated from the First Division after finishing 22nd. Proudlock was signed on loan from Wolves in December 2002, however he only played 5 times before being recalled by his parent club in January 2003. He scored 1 goal for the side during this period, and impressed enough for them to sign him at the start of the 2003/04 season. The striker went on to spend 3 seasons at Hillsborough, playing over 60 matches and scoring 17 goals, before having his contract terminated due to a breach of discipline
