Notes
Rare home shirt as worn by the Kingz in their fourth-ever season as a club. After their poor previous season, Ken Dugdale was appointed in the hope of turning their fortunes around along with two key signings in Raf de Gregorio and Jeremy Christie. Although they managed to build a promising young squad, they could only manage an 11th-placed finish despite Harry Ngata bagging 8 goals throughout the season. The following season was to be their last as they were dissolved in 2004 and replaced by New Zealand Knights in the inaugral Australian A-League.
