No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2002-03 campaign delivered the most consequential 4th-place finish in Chelsea's history as The Blues, managed by Claudio Ranieri, secured a dramatic final-day victory over Liverpool to clinch a crucial UEFA Champions League qualification spot. Leading the charge was the departing magician Gianfranco Zola, whose 14 league goals, including an iconic flicked opener and a Player of the Year performance, provided a legendary farewell in his final season. This hard-fought success, anchored by an emerging, ever-present Frank Lampard in midfield, provided the vital financial security that immediately led to the Roman Abramovich takeover, changing the club forever.
