Player shirt features - Correct size printing professionally heat pressed, Dri-Fit motif inside the collar, no Nike patch on the lower front, swapped with a Holland player and comes from their own personal collection - a signed letter verifying this will be provided


Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Sedlák during an U-21 friendly match against the Netherlands held at Štadión na Sihoti, Trenčín on the 25th April 2000. The game finsihed 3-1 to the hosts, thanks to a Miroslav Barčík brace after a John de Jong penalty had drawn the Dutch level. Sedlák was introduced in the 64th minute with the scoreline the same as it would finish. It was a warm up fixture before the 2000 UEFA European Under-21s Championship in the summer, in which Slovakia were the host nation. The side finished the tournament in fourth place, after coming 2nd in Group B which meant they played runners-up of Group A in the third place play-off game, losing out 1-0 in a close encounter. Sedlák played in 4 games during the competition, all of them coming from the bench. He made his senior debut later in the year against Croatia, but was never selected again
