Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Thelwell during the 2000-01 season. The youngster made 16 appearances as Glenn Hoddle replaced George Graham in April to guide Spurs to 12th in the Premier League. Thelwell was limited to two league appearances the following season before joining Hull City in 2003.
