Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Austin in the League Cup Semi-Finals match against Crystal Palace played at Anfield on the 24th January 2001. Alan Smith's men had won the first leg 2-1 and went to Liverpool with the hopes to make it to the final but the Reds scored 3 goals in the first 18 minutes which ended their dream. Murphy and Fowler netted another 2 goals in the second-half to put the 5-0 in the scoreline. Austin captained the club and played the full match in both legs, being always present in this season where he made 49 appearances in all the competitions and helped the side to avoid relegation from Division 1 by one point.
