Player - Tricky forward MacDonald Mukasi #9

Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Mukasi during the friendly match against Denmark, played at the Idraetsparken on 28th April 1999. Mukasi came on as a 81st-minute substitute in this one as the sides played out a 1-1 draw in Copenhagen. Ebbe Sand opened to scoring just before half-time before South Africa equalized in the 72nd minute thanks to a John Moshoeu strike. This classic adidas design was worn as the side embarked on their qualification campaign for the 2002 World Cup. Bafana Bafana went unbeaten in Group E winning all but one of their games.
