No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2000-01 campaign delivered a devastating blow for Manchester City as The Citizens spectacularly fell to 18th place in the Premier League, resulting in immediate relegation back to the First Division after just one season in the top flight. Leading the charge in the league was the Costa Rican forward Paulo Wanchope, whose 9 goals proved crucial in a campaign built on a disastrous mid-season slump that saw manager Joe Royle ultimately dismissed. It was a turbulent year that marked the end of an era and remains a painful but defining chapter in the club's history.. The 2001-02 campaign was a thrilling, attacking masterclass for Manchester City as The Citizens, under the charismatic guidance of Kevin Keegan, surged to the First Division title and secured immediate promotion back to the Premier League. Leading the charge was the beloved cult hero Shaun Goater, whose 32 goals in all competitions, including a league-topping 28, made him the first City player since 1972 to surpass 30 goals in a season. The team played a "bonkers but brilliant" all-out attacking style, scoring 108 league goals and achieving a club-record 99 points, with the sensational flair of Eyal Berkovic and the immediate, mesmeric impact of Player of the Year Ali Benarbia defining an unforgettable, joyous season at Maine Road.
