Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Došek during a UEFA Cup 4th Round 2nd leg match against Udinese played at Stadio Friuli, Udine on 7th March 2000. Červenobílí reached this round with wins against Vojvodina, Grasshoppers and Steaua București. The 1st leg in Prague finished 1-0 to the hosts after a 79th minute own goal from Marco Zanchi separated the sides. This match ended in a 2-1 loss for the Czech side as goals from Fiore and Sosa condemned them to defeat on the night, but Libor Koller grabbed a vital goal in the 42nd minute which saw the side progress to the next round on the away goal rule. Došek started both matches and played up until the 90th minute in each game before being substituted. Slavia went on to face Leeds United in the Quarter-Final but lost out 4-2 on aggregate, with the damage being done in a 3-0 first leg defeat. This was Došek's first season in Prague, after joining from Viktoria Plzeň where he had spent the first 3 years of his career. The striker went on to play over 170 games scoring more than 50 goals between 1999-2004. He also earned 3 caps for Czech Republic in the 2002-03 season. This shirt was worn in both home and away matches against Udinese
