Notes - Ultra rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Sgrò during the 1999-00 season. Samp were looking to make to the jump back to Serie A at the first time of asking having suffered relegation the previous season. Despite a 3-2 win over Alzano on the Final day they fell just short of promotion one point behind Atalanta, Brescia and Napoli who all returned to the top flight. Sgrò was in his second season with the Blucerchiati after joining from Atalanta and made 29 appearances in all competitions. He opted to Ternana at the end of the campaign and later had spells with a whole host of lower league Italain sides.
