Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Bachini for a Serie A match against AC Milan during the 1999-00 season. The sides met twice during the campaign. The first meeting saw Juve come back from a Zidane own goal to win 3-1 at the Delle Alpi in November thanks to goals from Conte, Inzaghi and Kovačević and I Bianconeri fell to a 2-0 defeat at the San Siro in March courtesy of a Shevchenko brace. Bachini was an unused substitute for both matches, the former Udinese man was in his first season with La Vecchia Signora and struggled for consistent starts in Serie A making 20 appearances in all competitions but only 6 of which came in Serie A. He stayed with the side until 2001 when he joined Parma as part of the deal for Gianluigi Buffon and later starred for Brescia and Siena before being suspended for doping offences and subsequently banned for life by the FIGC in 2006.
