No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 1999-00 campaign delivered an extraordinary, historic season for Deportivo Alavés as Babazorros, in only their second campaign back in the top flight, surged to a spectacular 6th-place finish in La Liga. This remarkable position secured the club's first-ever qualification for the UEFA Cup. The campaign was built on a defensive masterclass, with goalkeeper Martín Herrera winning the prestigious Zamora Trophy for the lowest goals-to-games conceded ratio, and was anchored up front by veteran centre-forward Julio Salinas, whose 8 goals were pivotal in his final professional season. It was a memorable and surprising year of over-achievement that laid the foundation for the club's unforgettable run to the UEFA Cup final the following season.
