Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Fettis for the Euro 2000 Qualifying Group 3 match against Moldova, played at Windsor Park, Belfast on 18th November 1998. The Blackburn man played the full match between the sticks as the sides played out a 2-2 draw. Moldova went into the break 1-0 up before Ian Dowie equalized for the home side shortly after the restart. The visitors went ahead once again less than 10 minutes later through Ion Testemițanu. Lawrie McMenemy's side didn't remain behind for long, this time Neil Lennon leveling the scores for Ireland. Fettis featured in 3 of the side's 8 qualifiers as they finished 4th in Group 3 behind Germany, Finland and Turkey. He won 25 caps in total for his country between 1991-98 and later had spells with York City, Macclesfield Town and Bury at club level.
