Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by a #6 during the friendly match against Maidenhead United played at York Road, Maidenhead on 16th July 1997. The match finished with a 3-1 victory for the Hammers, with Lazaridis bagging twice and Oparaku getting the other. This will have been one of the last times that West Ham used this shirt, as they wore a new away kit for the start of the 1997-98 season, which was produced by Pony again
