The Packers went on to lose against the Denver Broncos at Super Bowl XXXII, however Favre did throw three touchdowns. Favre has 4 times been the NFL's passing touchdown leader and twice been the NFL passing yards leader. After his retirement the Packers retired Favre's #4 jersey
