Notes - Rare special edition 'De Meer' shirt worn once to mark the club's final season at the De Meer Stadion. This design was worn in one match throughout the season with rivals PSV Eindhoven at the De Meer Stadion which finished in a 1-1 draw. During the season Louis van Gaal’s outfit continued to dominate Dutch football. The Godenzonen almost achieved back-to-back Champions League crowns but fell to Juventus on penalties. The Amsterdam outfit did achieve Eredivisie success once again as well as claiming the crown in the Intercontinental Cup, UEFA Super Cup and the Dutch Super Cup before moving to their brand new 55,00 seater Amsterdam Arena
