Extremely rare home shirt as worn when Cork played in one of their most memorable matches, the Rebel Army drew none other than German megaclub Bayern Munich in the first round of the UEFA Cup. A real David vs Goliath fixture, Cork City took the lead through a Barry goal sending the Cork faithful into dreamland. Munich would manage to salvage a draw in the fixture meaning City had everything to play for at the Olympic Stadium. Unfortunately, Cork lost the second leg 2-0 but left the continent with their heads held high
