Notes - Very rare home shirt as worn in the 1990-91 season where Parma finished in 6th place and clinched qualification for the Uefa Cup. Parma managed to stabalise their form after just 1 win in their opening 5 games to beat Juventus and Napoli to the final European place by just 1 point.
