Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by a #5 during the period when the Løvene attempted to qualify for the UEFA Euro 1988 held in Germany. Norway had only been once before in a major tournament, 1938 World Cup, and would have to wait until '94 to qualify for another one. Their first Euro appearance would be at the Euro 2000 which was held in Belgium and Netherlands.

Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Berg for the 1988 European Championships Qualifying Group 3 match against East Germany, played at Ernst Grube Stadium in Magdeburg on 28th October 1987. The sides had played out a 0-0 draw in Olso the previous year but it was the GDR who ran out 3-1 winners here in an entertaining game. Ulf Kirsten's brace did the bulk of the damage with Andres Thom also finding the net for the hosts. Jan Kristian Fjærestad scored what would only be a consolation for the Løvene as the result meant they finished bottom of the Group. Berg started on the bench but came on for Ulrich Møller midway through the second half. The Molde man featured 6 times in Qualifying and won 15 caps in total for his country between 1981-90.
