Notes - Ultra rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Day during the period 1974-75. The West Ham youngster won 5 caps for the Under 23s between 1974-75. Day would never win a senior cap but did enjoy impressive club spells with Leyton Orient, Aston Villa and Leeds as well as West Ham.
