Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Pavoletti during the 2016-17 season. The striker was in his 3rd season with the Grifone having joined from Sassuolo in January 2015 on a free transfer. He made 11 appearances in all competitions this seasons scoring 4 goals before joining Napoli in January for a reported €18 million. Highlights for the forward this year included a brace against Crotone and a tally in the 3-0 win over AC Milan. He went on to finish 3rd in Serie A with Napoli whereas Genoa would struggle against relegation eventually finishing 16th 4 points above the drop zone.
