Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Lund Nielsen for the 2011 European Under-21 Championship. The Danes were tournament hosts but struggled finishing bottom of Group A behind Switzerland, Belarus and Iceland. Lund Nielsen was an unused substitute in all 3 group games but featured 15 times in total for the Under 21 side between 2009-11. At club level he enjoyed spells with Odense, Nordsjælland, Pescara and Reggina.
