Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Bacis during the 2003-04 season. The utility man joined La Viola this season from Triestina and made 26 appearances in all competitions as Emiliano Mondonico's side returned to Serie A at the first time of asking. The Gigliati finished 6th in Serie B but with Serie A expanding to 20 teams for the 2004-05 season it meant they reached the promotion/relegation playoff against Perugia in which they claimed a 2-1 aggregate victory over 2 legs. Bacis left for Arezzo at the end of the season and later had spells with Genoa and Avellino.
