Notes - Ultra rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Ballack during the 2002-03 season. The midfielder joined FC Hollywood this season from Bayer Leverkusen for a reported €4.1 million. He enjoyed a superb first year in Bavaria netting 15 goals in 38 appearances as Die Roten won back the Bundesliga title finishing 16 points clear of runners-up Stuttgart. Highlights for the German international included braces in victories over Nürnberg, Hertha and Cottbus. He also netted a brace in the DFB Pokal Final victory over former side Kaiserslautern as Bayern made it a double. Ballack stayed on for another three seasons in Munich before joining Premier League giants Chelsea in 2006.
