Notes
Away shirt as worn when the Royals endured a terrible start of the season, ultimately costing Tommy Burns his role as manager. Alan Pardew was brought in as caretaker but was quickly promoted to full-time manager as results started to swing, with the club finishing tenth in the Second Division. The following season this shirt was used as the third choice as the side lost out in the Division Two Play-Off Final to Walsall 3-2 after extra time.
