Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Steffen for the Community Shield match against Leicester, played at Wembley on 7th August 2021. The Premier League Champions took on the FA Cup holders in this one as a late penalty from former City striker Kelechi Iheanacho saw the Foxes claim the trophy. Steffen played the full match and went on to make 9 appearances in all competitions this season as City retained their Premier League crown with a superb win over Aston Villa on the final day of the season.
