Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Diame for the Premier League match against Manchester United, played at Old Tafford on 6th October 2018. The Toon threw away a 2-0 lead in the closing stages to hand José Mourinho's side all 3 points in this one. Kenedy and Yoshinori Mutō had given the visitors a strong advantage inside the opening 10 minutes but a second half collapse started after Juan Mata's 70th minute free-kick slipped past Martin Dúbravka at the near post. Anthony Martial grabbed an equaliser 6 minutes later before an Alexis Sánchez header stole victory for the hosts in stoppage time. Diamé played the full match, the former Wigan and West Ham man was in his final season at St James' park and made 29 appearances this campaign helping Rafa Benitez' side to a 13th placed finish. The 31 time Senegal international had joined from Hull City in 2016 and made 108 appearances for the Toon in 3 years bagging 8 goals before joining Qatari side Al-Ahli.
