Notes - Home shirt as worn when Tony Pulis hoped to build on last season's 10th place finish in the Premier League, however, terrible form saw him replaced in November by Alan Pardew. The new manager left the club by mutual consent in April after a run of 20 games without a win in the league. Darren Moore took over until the end of the season but could not save the side from relegation despite a run of good form at the end of the season
