Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Hübschman during a Europa League match against Ajax, played at the Amsterdam ArenA on 20th August 2015. The Czech international played the full 90 minutes in this one as Arkadiusz Milik scored the only goal of the game to give Ajax a 1-0 lead going into the second leg. The sides played out a 0-0 draw in Jablonec to send the Czech outfit crashing out of the competition. Hübschman joined Jablonec in 2014 and has made over 150 appearances for the side.
