Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Pato for the Premier League match against Manchester United, played at Stamford Bridge on 7th February 2016. A close game saw Diego Costa's last minute strike cancel out Jesse Lingard's opener to salvage a point for Guus Hiddink's side and move them up to 13th in the table. Pato had joined The Blues on loan from Corinthians in late January but didn't feature in the squad for this match. The Brazilian made just two appearances for the side scoring once in the win over Aston Villa before joining La Liga side Villarreal at the end of the season. The former AC Milan star later had a spell with Chinese outfit Tianjin Tianhai and a return to Brazil with São Paulo.
