Notes - Home shirt as worn by Terry during the season when Jose Mourinho led The Blues to their first title in 5 years, and did so it in some style after topping the table for all but one week of the campaign. In the Champions League campaign, the side were narrowly edged out in the Round of 16 by PSG after sailing through the Group Stage with spectacular victories against Schalke (5-0) and Maribor (6-0)
